The Nightingale Square project is a Victorian townhouse located in Balham, South West London, with a total project size of 295 m2 and a site size of 250 m2. The building’s foundation lies in its connection to the surrounding landscape and cultural context, with every material and texture meticulously selected to establish a sense of belonging while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic.

The design team, led by Locus Design, emphasised their goal of creating a lasting impact through thoughtful architecture that balances innovation and tradition. And indeed, they have succeeded in doing so.
