Aspen at Consort Place is a 63 story development in Canary Wharf which aims to dramatise the London Skyline. Award-winning architects Pilbrow & Partners have created a striking and tall building that complements Canary Wharf’s existing silhouette. Aspen is set to be complete in Q3 2023 and will add value to the community and be the centre of Consort Place.

Architect Fred Pilbrow comments:

“Residential buildings are critically about community – the architecture of Aspen does talk about the social spaces and the relationship with the adjoining hotel and its roof terrace are all part of this commitment.”

Once complete, Aspen will be a collection of 496 apartments ranging from studios to 1-3 bedroom apartments. The interiors were designed by HBA Residential and each room has been completed to a high specification. Kitchens are individually tailored and include bespoke cabinetry with copper bronze tone times, copper bronze cooker hoods, engineered marble stone worktops and splashback and concealed LED lighting. The bedrooms are equally stunning and feature luxury broadloom carpet and have bespoke built-in wardrobes in all master and second bedrooms. The bathrooms are relaxing and inviting, and come with bespoke textured feature walls, marble effect vanity units, copper bronze towel rails and mirrored storage cabinets.

All of the homes have been designed with a neutral palette and the living spaces feature engineered wood flooring and anthracite ironmongery. Additionally, there are many amenities for residents to enjoy, including 24-hour security and concierge, cycle space, residents lounge, meeting rooms, games room, screening room, children’s playroom, sky bar, wine storage room, library, vitality pool, steam room, sauna and fully-equipped gym with views.

Residents of Aspen will also receive exclusive membership to the adjoining hotel, 4 star Dorset Hotel, which will provide them with a range of hotel services such as newspaper delivery, housekeeping, laundry, and catering. This outstanding combination of incredible views, beautiful apartments and amenities will make Aspen one of the most iconic residential developments in Central London.

Canary Wharf is one of the most up-and-coming spots in London and experts suggest that the regional population is expected to grow by 15% over the next decade. Many are attracted to its waterside location on London’s Docklands and its rich maritime heritage. The area is also home to London’s third-biggest shopping area and there are over 100 restaurants to enjoy. Aspen also aims to add to this once complete and will also provide exciting dining spots.

Edward Robinson, Partner in the New Homes team at Knight Frank, comments:

“London’s riverside market continues to attract interest from buyers and investors all around the world. There is a huge range of choice across London and standards of finish are only increasing, but one best in class example has to be Aspen at Consort Place.”

“We anticipate London’s riverside will remain popular with buyers for generations to come, thanks to the lifestyle and additional amenities a waterfront home offers – drivers that remain key for many buyers. The impact of Covid-19 has also increased the desire to be close to water. With more people spending increasing amounts of time at home, having access to exceptional water views and riverside walks certainly promotes positive health and wellbeing.”

Prices start at £554,500 for a studio apartment, £599,000 for a 1-bedroom apartment, and £749,000 for a 2-bedroom apartment. For more information on Aspen at Consort Place, please visit www.aspen-canarywharf.com.
