Award-winning Housebuilder Hill is launching a beautiful collection of five-bedroom villas at Knights Park in Eddington on Saturday 10th July. This development gives buyers the chance to purchase a home in a visionary new neighbourhood that prioritises the environment and sustainable living. The villa collection is the largest group of properties available at Knights Park, and it has been exceptionally built and boasts luxury features.
This exclusive release of villas will join the established neighbourhood of stylish homes at Knight Park and encompass nine beautiful detached family residences. There will be three house types for buyers to choose from, The Trinity, The Cavendish, and The Pembrook. Each of these styles will provide residents with spacious accommodation set across three floors.
The properties enjoy a secluded area of the Knights Park development, and each features luxurious details and enviable interiors. There are also bespoke kitchens, elegant bathrooms and ensuites, and spacious light-filled bedrooms. Each villa boasts beautiful balconies and terraces, and there are also large private gardens to each property.
Ella Bartron, Interior Designer for SUNA, comments:
“Our main inspiration for the design of the Cavendish Villa show home was taken from Knights Park’s surroundings, its sustainable ethos amidst landscaped parks, cycle routes, and outdoor facilities, in contrast with its urban community feel and contemporary architecture. It was this contrast between the two, the natural and the urban, that we played on. A fresh and tranquil palette of sage greens, duck egg blues and floral motifs have been used to reflect the development’s natural surroundings. Then, to inject that urban sleek feel and luxurious style reminiscent of the architecture, we have used deep charcoal shown in many of the lighting and furniture finishes, offering a beautiful and striking contrast.”
With sustainability at its core, Knights Park is the perfect development for eco-conscious buyers to invest in. Additionally, Knights Park has recently won awards for its high-quality design, and all of the properties have been specifically designed with sustainability and ecology in mind. Each home boasts beautiful green landscapes, nature havens, and a unique range of standout efficient features. The homes also minimise residents’ carbon footprint, and they have been built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5 and Lifetime Homes Standard.
For those that enjoy nature, there are 123 acres of green open space that surround the development. Eddington also has plenty to offer its residents, and it has its own community centre – Storey’s Field Centre. In addition to this, there is a local sports pitch, running track, and tennis courts, all just a five-minute walk away. Great for families, there is also a children’s playground and allotments for keen gardeners. There is currently a supermarket, shops, and a public square for residents to enjoy, and there will soon be a doctor’s surgery and Hyatt Hotel joining this.
Knights Park is well-connected, and residents can reach Cambridge Railway Station in just 18 minutes. From here, you can also get to Stansted Airport in 30 minutes, Kings Lynn in 54 minutes, and London Kings Cross in just under an hour via a fast train service. The M11 is four minutes away and connects residents to the wider motorway network. Additionally, park and ride bus services are available and take residents to the city centre.
Prices for one of the exclusive 5-bedroom detached Villas at Knights Park start from £1,749,950. The marketing suite has been transformed in line with government advice.
