Kings road park

King’s Road Park is a new development in the prime location of Fulham, completing from summer 2022. There will be a show home unveiled to the public, on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th June, from 10 am-6 pm, and St William is inviting prospective buyers to enjoy a great British picnic to celebrate the launch.

The show home, created by renowned designer Nick Auston, had its furnishings sourced from local businesses along King’s Road and the Chelsea Design District to help display the best of British brands. Timothy Oulton, The Rug Company and Bespoke Sofa London are some of the local retailers and design brands used and selected by Mr. Auston. A key piece used in the show home is a table lamp from Porta Romana, inspired by the site’s industrial heritage. A selection of plants has also been sourced from The Chelsea Gardener, a south west London favourite.

There will also be innovative software available on the day, both in person and virtually, to help buyers interact with items in the show home. This technology will provide people with a better understanding of the property, its interiors and its vision for King’s Road Park. Potential buyers from anywhere in the world will be able to view the King’s Road Park 360-degree virtual tour of the show home.

Additionally, through QR codes and Near Field Communication (NFC), visitors and prospective buyers will have access to an exclusive virtual directory. The directory will give people a better understanding of the design inspiration, furnishings and build process, as well as the standard of craftsmanship found in each apartment at King’s Road Park. Direct links to supplier websites will also be available and allow visitors to find out more about each product.

The landscape-led neighbourhood, which is just 60 metres from King’s Road, will have more than 1,800 high specification homes and 23,000 sq ft of resident facilities once complete. In addition to this, there will also be a mix of restaurants, bars and offices set within six acres, including a public park, central square and residents’ garden.

A New Landscape-led Neighbourhood

The development, consisting of Suites, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments, and penthouses, will provide each resident with a private terrace or balcony, and many will have views across the surrounding landscape.

There will also be many public green spaces to enjoy, and residents of the first phase will have access to a private courtyard garden with formal lawns and an ornamental water feature and maze. Additionally, they will have access to a knot garden, seating areas and a lounge with atrium and dedicated Wi-Fi enabled outdoor spaces.
