RETURN POLICY

MEMBERSHIP

  1. Membership inclusions and prices can be found on our website. Queries should be submitted to [email protected] prior to registering for membership.
  2. Membership to Propertylondon.co.uk is permitted to relevant businesses in the UK only.
  3. Membership to propertylondon.co.uk is on a month by month term.
  4. Should your business cease operations you must advise Property London in writing no later than 30 days after business ceases operation. Your listing will be removed from propertylondon.co.uk and no refund will be issued.
  5. Membership will be automatically renewed each month, from the date you register.
  6. To cancel your membership go to your user dashboard.

PAYMENT

  1. All payment is to be made to Property London at the listed price on propertylondon.co.uk.
  2. Payment will be automatically renewed each month unless terminated prior to the renewal date by cancelling your subscription through your member portal on Propertylondon.co.uk.
 
PROJECT ENQUIRIES 

 

All businesses which purchase the Premium package will receive referrals/enquiries from clients who are looking for a professional. Property London accepts no liability for the quality of the referral, and no refunds of the subscription fee will be given based on this. 

 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

  1. Should you wish to cancel your membership with Property London you must access your member portal (account) on the website and cancel your subscription prior to your renewal date. If you do not cancel your subscription, your membership will be automatically renewed.
  2. Once your membership has been cancelled your directory listing and any additional website advertising will downgraded to the basic package.
  3. Membership refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
  4. If your business ceases to operate, your listing will be made inactive immediately.

 

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return in its original state to the address provided by the vendor.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

The following items cannot be returned:
