We invited Influencer and businesswoman Patricia Bright from The Break to take a tour of a £12,000,000 mansion for sale in Totteridge.
Patricia confesses that she ‘will never shy away from glam’, and this 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom home is certainly glamourous. In the video, which can be found on our YouTube channel, Patricia starts by leading us into the atrium, which she describes as ‘beautiful’ and ‘stunning’. From this part of the house, we are told and shown that it is also possible to view the luscious garden and grounds.
The property was designed by its current owners and built by Barleycroft Builders. They have managed to adopt an arts and crafts style of architecture while keeping it modern, and this can be seen as Patricia shows us around the rest of the house. We are then shown the kitchen, which features a large island, two fridges, a dining area, and a living area. But we later see that there is also a separate dining room and living room on the same floor, making this house perfect for hosting friends, family, and guests.
Patricia also takes us up to the first floor of the property, which she accesses via the spiral staircase. We are then taken to the principal bedroom, which is luxurious and features ample space, two walk-in wardrobes, a large bathroom with a freestanding bath, and a balcony. The other bedrooms are all shown to be generous in size and each feature an en-suite and an individual balcony overlooking the garden.
When we are later shown the property’s basement, it is immediately clear that this is the hidden gem of the home. There is a large living area which Patricia informs us this is Dubai and Morocco inspired, and the orange, brown and red hues make it extremely warm and welcoming. It also features a sunken floor seating area which is adorned with patterned cushions and perfect to hang out with family and friends. There is a fully stocked curved bar in the corner of the room and as Patricia Bright says, ‘you don’t actually need to ever leave this house’.
Emphasising the comfort and convenience factor of this home, we are then shown the other amenities included in this house, including the gym, massage room, cinema room, and indoor pool with hot tub. The house also features secluded landscaped gardens to the front and rear, ponds, bridges, and raised terraces with views of the garden and the London skyline.
This property is stunning throughout and in a well sought-after area of London. Totteridge is and has been home to many notable residents, such as David Dein, Arsene Wenger, and Fiammetta Wilson, so this house is likely to catch the eye of many!
